Avenida Litorânea na Redinha muda de nome em homenagem a bugueiro

A rodovia estadual RN 0303, mais conhecida como avenida Litorânea, situada na Redinha Nova entre os municípios de Natal e Extremoz, passa a se chamar, a partir desta quarta-feira (18), de avenida Bugueiro Marcelo Correia de Oliveira. A Lei nº 9823/13, que prevê a alteração, foi sancionada pela Governadora Rosalba Ciarlini e publicada no Diário Oficial do Estado de hoje.

De acordo com o Governo do Estado, além de uma homenagem ao trade turístico e a categoria de bugueiros, a nova nomenclatura do trecho rodoviário é também uma referência a Marcelo Correia de Oliveiro, bugueiro há mais de 15 anos, que faleceu aos 37 anos, no último dia 06 de outubro, em um acidente na Via Costeira, enquanto exercia a sua profissão.  


“Para nossa família esta lei foi uma homenagem mais que justa, pois Marcelo era um excelente bugueiro. Como já diz bem na justificativa da lei, ele foi exemplo de profissional, cheio de aptidões. Gostava das alturas, pilotando inúmeros voos de ultraleve, mas também era das dunas que gostava. Dominava com precisão a profissão de bugueiro, conduziu e encantou milhares de turistas que visitaram nosso Estado”, afirmou Rafael Correia, irmão do bugueiro homenageado.

Acidente na Via Costeira termina com uma vítima fatal

Na manhã deste domingo (6) um grave acidente ocorreu na Via Costeira e deixou uma vítima fatal. Marcelo Correia, 37 anos, perdeu o controle do Buggy que dirigia nas proximidades do hotel Pirâmide, no sentido Ribeira-Ponta Negra, em Natal. Marcelo faleceu ainda no local.

A empresária Solange Cortez presenciou o acidente. Ela estava dirigindo o seu veículo no sentido contrário ao de Marcelo. 

“Ele não vinha em alta velocidade. Na curva, passou por um ônibus e logo depois o carro começou a rodar na pista, ele foi arremessado, bateu no muro de proteção e depois ficou imprensado entre o carro e o muro”, relatou a empresária. Ela disse que ao presenciar o acidente parou o seu veículo e foi socorrer o rapaz.

PERDENDO O MEDO DE PAPAI NOEL

Lucas não gostava do Natal, pois morria de medo daqueles velhinhos que ficavam nas lojas, vestidos de vermelho e com barbas brancas, que pegavam crianças no colo e lhes desejavam feliz natal.

Seus pais se esforçavam para que ele perdesse aquele medo injustificado pelo bom velhinho. Tentavam demonstrar de todas as formas que o Papai Noel era camarada, amigo das crianças e muito bondoso até com os animaizinhos do bosque encantado de Natal.

Diziam que ele sempre vinha à noite. Com um saco cheio de presentes. Entrava furtivamente nas casas quando todos estavam dormindo, e preparava belas surpresas para a família inteira, pois ele era a personificação do espírito natalino, algo maravilhoso e que não deveria ser temido e sim glorificado.

O Natal foi se aproximando, e aos poucos Lucas foi perdendo o medo. Mas ainda assim não acreditava que aquele tal de papai Noel existisse. E foi assim, todo desconfiado, que foi dormir na noite da véspera do dia 25 de dezembro.

Acordou de madrugada, com um som vindo da sala. Foi caminhando bem quietinho até lá para ver o que era aquele barulho. Para seu espanto, viu aquela figura de barba branca, roupa vermelha e com um saco cheio de coisas nas costas.

Ficou ali olhando para ele sem acreditar. Foi quando o estranho vulto, sentindo a presença do garoto, lhe deu um belo sorriso junto com algumas balas de iogurte. Dirigiu-se para a janela aberta e saiu por ela, sumindo na noite.

A partir daquela data, Lucas não teve mais medo de papai Noel. Já os seus pais que ficaram a noite inteira amarrados, amordaçados e trancados dentro do banheiro (enquanto o “bom velhinho” lhes roubava a casa), passaram a temer as noites de Natal.

Former Miami Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Agent Sentenced for Role in Multimillion-Dollar Mortgage Fraud Scheme

A former Florida-licensed real estate associate and mortgage broker was sentenced to serve 135 months in prison for his role in a $2.4 million mortgage fraud scheme.
Acting Assistant Attorney General Mythili Raman of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division made the announcement.
Jose Armando Alvarado, 64, of Miami, was found guilty on Sept. 9, 2013, of eight counts of wire fraud and six counts of bank fraud and was sentenced on Nov. 14, 2013, by U.S. District Judge William J. Zloch of the Southern District of Florida.  In addition to his prison term, Alvarado was ordered to serve three years of supervised release.

Two of Alvarado’s co-conspirators previously convicted at the same trial of various counts of wire and bank fraud were also sentenced on Nov. 14, 2013.  Alberto Morejon, 27, of Miami, a former loan closer and title agent, was sentenced to serve 36 months in prison.  Alvarado’s sister, Reyna Orts, 58, of Miami, a former mortgage broker and the mother of Morejon, was sentenced to serve 50 months in prison.
According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Alvarado, along with his co-conspirators, operated a mortgage fraud scheme by controlling and operating three real estate entities in the Miami area: South Florida Realty; American Mortgage Lending, a mortgage broker; and Royal Atlantic Title, a title insurance agency.  From February 2004 through November 2009, Alvarado and his co-conspirators used their control over these three companies to falsify and misrepresent important facts provided to financial institutions in order to fraudulently secure loans totaling more than $2.4 million.  The loans were often obtained through submitting falsified supporting documentation, such as false tax returns, W2 forms, bank statements and employment verifications.

Evidence at trial showed that Alvarado and his co-conspirators subsequently enriched themselves by diverting loan proceeds, collecting brokerage fees and inflating real-estate commissions generated by the sales of the properties.  Alvarado and his co-conspirators obtained control of multiple properties during the real estate market boom with the intent to flip and sell them for a profit or control them as rental properties.  The defendants used their knowledge and experience in the real estate industry to conceal the scheme by executing quit-claim deeds and failing to record, and falsely recording, mortgage deeds and other documentation with the State of Florida.
The case was investigated by the FBI’s Miami Field Office and the Miami-Dade Police Department.  The case was prosecuted by Trial Attorney Nathan Dimock of the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section.

DEA ANNOUNCES ARRESTS OF TWO FORMER U.S. SOLDIERS AND ONE FORMER GERMAN SOLDIER FOR CONSPIRACY TO MURDER A DEA AGENT

Two Other Defendants, Former Members of the Armed Forces of Germany and Poland, Are Also Charged with Conspiracy to Import Cocaine

 

 

 

SEPT 27, 2013 New York – Michele M. Leonhart, the Administrator of the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) and Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, today announced the arrests of three defendants – JOSEPH MANUEL HUNTER and TIMOTHY VAMVAKIAS, both citizens of the United States, and DENNIS GOGEL, a citizen of Germany. HUNTER is expected to arrive in the Southern District of New York this evening and will be presented before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Manhattan federal court tomorrow. VAMVAKIAS and GOGEL arrived in the Southern District of New York yesterday and were presented in U.S. Magistrate Court yesterday afternoon. As part of the same case, SLAWOMIR SOBORSKI and MICHAEL FILTER, citizens of Poland and Germany, respectively, were arrested in Estonia at the request of the United States on September 25, 2013.

HUNTER, VAMVAKIAS, and GOGEL are charged in five separate counts with conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States; conspiracy to murder a law enforcement agent and a person assisting a law enforcement agent; conspiracy to kill a person to prevent communications to law enforcement agents; conspiracy to possess a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence; and conspiracy to distribute cocaine on board an aircraft. SOBORSKI and FILTER are charged with conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States and conspiracy to distribute cocaine on board an aircraft. On September 25, 2013, the DEA’s Special Operations Division (SOD), Bilateral Investigative Unit (BIU) Narco-Terrorism Group (NTG), concluded a long-standing undercover operation conducted in Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and elsewhere. HUNTER was arrested in Thailand; VAMVAKIAS and GOGEL were arrested in Liberia and all three subsequently were expelled to the United States. SOBORSKI and FILTER were arrested in Estonia, where they remain, pending extradition to the United States.

DEA Administrator Michele M. Leonhart said: “The targets of this investigation were hardened global criminals involved in everything from drug and arms trafficking to contract assassinations. Besides being international cocaine traffickers, members of this criminal organization conspired in an elaborate scheme to murder a DEA Special Agent and an informant for a six figure payday. Their intent was to commit the most serious and ruthless crime that can be directed against any law enforcement officer, and one that has our highest investigative priority. I wish to thank our foreign law enforcement partners for their outstanding efforts and partnership in completely dismantling this sophisticated and dangerous international criminal enterprise.”

Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said: “The bone-chilling allegations in today's Indictment read like they were ripped from the pages of a Tom Clancy novel. The charges tell a tale of an international band of mercenary marksmen who enlisted their elite military training to serve as hired guns for evil ends. Three of the defendants were ready, willing and eager to take cold hard cash to commit the cold-blooded murders of a DEA agent and an informant. Thanks to the determined, skillful and intrepid efforts of the DEA's Special Operations Division, an international hit team has been neutralized by agents working on four continents.”

According to the Indictment against HUNTER, VAMVAKIAS, GOGEL, SOBORSKI, and FILTER unsealed today:

All five defendants have previously served in the armed forces of their respective nations. HUNTER and VAMVAKIAS served in the U.S. Army until 2004; GOGEL and FILTER served in the German armed forces until 2010 and 2009, respectively, and SOBORSKI served in the Polish armed forces until 2011. HUNTER served as a sniper instructor and a senior drill sergeant, training other soldiers in marksmanship and tactics; VAMVAKIAS attained the rank of sergeant and served both as an infantryman and a military police officer; GOGEL, SOBORSKI and FILTER were trained as snipers.

Since leaving the U.S. Army in 2004, HUNTER has acted as a “contract killer” and successfully arranged for the murder of a number of people.

During meetings in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean, beginning in January 2013 and continuing through late September 2013, HUNTER communicated with two confidential sources (the “CSs”) working with the DEA, who purported to be Colombian narcotics traffickers. HUNTER agreed to serve as the head of security for the CSs’ purported narcotics trafficking organization, and assembled a “security team” consisting of VAMVAKIAS, GOGEL, FILTER, and SOBORSKI. HUNTER also told the CSs that he had previously been involved in contract killings – referred to as “bonus jobs” – and that some team members wanted to do as much “bonus work” as possible.

HUNTER and his co-defendants thereafter agreed, in meetings and communications with the CSs, to provide security and surveillance services to the narcotics trafficking organization. Furthermore, HUNTER, VAMVAKIS, and GOGEL agreed to commit murder-for-hire in Liberia by assassinating both a Special Agent of the DEA and a person who purportedly was providing information to the DEA about the CSs’ narcotics trafficking organization. In exchange for themurders, HUNTER, VAMVAKIAS, and GOGEL were together to be paid approximately $700,000, and HUNTER was to receive an additional $100,000 for his leadership role. Communications between the defendants and the CSs occurred by telephone, over e-mail, and in a series of surreptitiously audio-recorded and videotaped meetings over an approximately nine-month period.

HUNTER and his four co-defendants provided a variety of services to the CSs’ purported narcotics organization. In late March 2013, in Thailand, at HUNTER’s direction, GOGEL, FILTER, and SOBORSKI surveilled a vessel on behalf of the CSs’ purported narcotics trafficking organization. In April 2013, in Mauritius, at the direction of the CSs, GOGEL, FILTER, and SOBORSKI provided security for a meeting at which the participants discussed the distribution of illegal narcotics to the United States. In late June 2013, in the Bahamas, VAMVAKIAS, GOGEL, FILTER, and SOBORSKI conducted surveillance of a purported U.S.-registered aircraft at the direction of a third CS (“CS-3”) working with the DEA, who posed as a member of the CSs’ narcotics trafficking organization. CS-3 informed the defendants that the aircraft was to be loaded with 300 kilograms of cocaine to be shipped to New York.

With respect to the murder-for-hire scheme, in mid-May 2013, at a meeting with the three CSs in Thailand, HUNTER, VAMVAKIAS, GOGEL, and SOBORSKI were told that a “bonus job” – that is, a contract killing – was in the offing, due to a leak within the CSs’ narcotics trafficking organization. In late May 2013, in e-mail communications, HUNTER confirmed that his team would be willing to murder both a U.S. law enforcement agent and a source (a boat captain) who was providing information to U.S. law enforcement authorities. HUNTER confirmed by e-mail that his team would kill both the DEA agent and the informant who was providing information to law enforcement about the CSs’ narcotics trafficking organization. At a meeting in late June 2013, in the Bahamas, CS-3 explained to VAMVAKIAS and GOGEL that “the job is to kill a U.S. DEA agent and a source with the DEA,” who would be located in Liberia. VAMVAKIAS and GOGEL discussed the weapons that could be used and masks to be worn for the murders, and VAMVAKIAS stated that it would be better to “hit the agent first” and then “the snitch.” In early July 2013, HUNTER sent via e-mail a list of the items needed for the murders, including “[t]wo Submachine Guns with silencers . . .[t]wo .22 pistols with Silencers.”

In mid-August 2013, at a meeting in Thailand, HUNTER told CS-3 that VAMVAKIAS and GOGEL would commit the murders. HUNTER, VAMVAKIS, and GOGEL discussed in detail the weapons that would be used and the possibility of entering Liberia without having their passports stamped. They suggested that CS-3 fly them out of the country via private plane following the murders. VAMVAKIAS stated that among other weapons, a sub-machine gun and two .22 caliber pistols would be needed for the murders, and CS-3 agreed to deliver the weapons to Liberia. The next day, at a meeting with GOGEL, CS-3 confirmed that an order for the requested weapons had been made. Later that same day, GOGEL met again with CS-3 and provided CS-3 with two highly sophisticated latex facemasks, which can make the wearer appear to be of another race, for CS-3 to transport to Liberia.

In late September 2013, GOGEL and VAMVAKIAS arrived in Liberia to commit the planned murders-for-hire.

HUNTER, 48, VAMVAKIAS, 42, GOGEL, 27, FILTER, 29, and SOBORSKI, 40, have each been charged with conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States (Count One). HUNTER, VAMVAKIAS, and GOGEL are also charged with conspiracy to murder a law enforcement agent and a person assisting a law enforcement agent (Count Two); conspiracy to kill a person to prevent communications to law enforcement agents (Count Three); and conspiracy to possess a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence (Count Four). VAMVAKIAS, GOGEL, FILTER, and SOBORSKI are also charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine on board an aircraft (Count Five). Each count carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment. The case is assigned to U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain.

The arrests and transfers of the defendants were the result of the close cooperative efforts of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York; DEA’s SOD; DEA’s Bangkok, Ghana, Pretoria, Bucharest, Manila, Nassau and Copenhagen Offices; the Royal Thai Police Narcotics Suppression Bureau and Crime Suppression Division; Royal Thai Immigration; the Royal Thai Attorney General's Office; Republic of Liberia’s National Security Agency; the Republic of Liberia’s Attorney General's Office; the Estonian Police and Border Guard; the Estonian National Criminal Police, Investigative Bureau; the Estonian State Prosecutor’s Office; the Royal Bahamas Police Force and Drug Enforcement Unit; the Romanian National Police; Interpol; and the U.S. Department of Justice Office of International Affairs.

This prosecution is being handled by the Office's Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit. Assistant United States Attorneys Michael Lockard, Aimee Hector and Anna Skotko are in charge of the prosecution.

The charges contained in the Indictment are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

FREE TO BE HUNGRY

The word “freedom” looms large in modern conservative rhetoric. Lobbying groups are given names like FreedomWorks; health reform is denounced not just for its cost but as an assault on, yes, freedom. Oh, and remember when we were supposed to refer to pommes frites as “freedom fries”?

The right’s definition of freedom, however, isn’t one that, say, F.D.R. would recognize. In particular, the third of his famous Four Freedoms — freedom from want — seems to have been turned on its head. Conservatives seem, in particular, to believe that freedom’s just another word for not enough to eat.

Hence the war on food stamps, which House Republicans have just voted to cut sharply even while voting to increasefarm subsidies.

In a way, you can see why the food stamp program — or, to use its proper name, the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) — has become a target. Conservatives are deeply committed to the view that the size of government has exploded under President Obama but face the awkward fact that public employment is down sharply, while overall spending has been falling fast as a share of G.D.P. SNAP, however, really has grown a lot, with enrollment rising from 26 million Americans in 2007to almost 48 million now.

Conservatives look at this and see what, to their great disappointment, they can’t find elsewhere in the data: runaway, explosive growth in a government program. The rest of us, however, see a safety-net program doing exactly what it’s supposed to do: help more people in a time of widespread economic distress.

The recent growth of SNAP has indeed been unusual, but then so have the times, in the worst possible way. The Great Recession of 2007-9 was the worst slump since the Great Depression, and the recovery that followed has been very weak. Multiple careful economic studies have shown that the economic downturn explains the great bulk of the increase in food stamp use. And while the economic news has been generally bad, one piece of good news is that food stamps have at least mitigated the hardship, keeping millions of Americans out of poverty.

Nor is that the program’s only benefit. The evidence is now overwhelming that spending cuts in a depressed economy deepen the slump, yet government spending has been falling anyway. SNAP, however, is one program that has been expanding, and as such it has indirectly helped save hundreds of thousands of jobs.

But, say the usual suspects, the recession ended in 2009. Why hasn’t recovery brought the SNAP rolls down? The answer is, while the recession did indeed officially end in 2009, what we’ve had since then is a recovery of, by and for a small number of people at the top of the income distribution, with none of the gains trickling down to the less fortunate. Adjusted for inflation, the income of the top 1 percent rose 31 percent from 2009 to 2012, but the real income of the bottom 40 percent actually fell 6 percent. Why should food stamp usage have gone down?

Still, is SNAP in general a good idea? Or is it, as Paul Ryan, the chairman of the House Budget Committee, puts it, an example of turning the safety net into “a hammock that lulls able-bodied people to lives of dependency and complacency.”

One answer is, some hammock: last year, average food stamp benefits were $4.45 a day. Also, about those “able-bodied people”: almost two-thirds of SNAP beneficiaries are children, the elderly or the disabled, and most of the rest are adults with children.

Beyond that, however, you might think that ensuring adequate nutrition for children, which is a large part of what SNAP does, actually makes it less, not more likely that those children will be poor and need public assistance when they grow up. And that’s what the evidence shows. The economists Hilary Hoynes and Diane Whitmore Schanzenbach havestudied the impact of the food stamp program in the 1960s and 1970s, when it was gradually rolled out across the country. They found that children who received early assistance grew up, on average, to be healthier and more productive adults than those who didn’t — and they were also, it turns out, less likely to turn to the safety net for help.

SNAP, in short, is public policy at its best. It not only helps those in need; it helps them help themselves. And it has done yeoman work in the economic crisis, mitigating suffering and protecting jobs at a time when all too many policy makers seem determined to do the opposite. So it tells you something that conservatives have singled out this of all programs for special ire.

Even some conservative pundits worry that the war on food stamps, especially combined with the vote to increase farm subsidies, is bad for the G.O.P., because it makes Republicans look like meanspirited class warriors. Indeed it does. And that’s because they are.

A IMPORTÂNCIA DE BEBER ÁGUA 

Você vai ao bar e bebe uma cerveja. Bebe a segunda cerveja. A terceira e assim por diante. O teu estomago manda uma mensagem pro teu cérebro dizendo: -"Caracas véio... o cara tá bebendo muito liquido tô cheião!!!".

Teu estômago e teu cérebro não distinguem que tipo de liquido está sendo ingerido, ele sabe apenas que "é líquido".

Quando o cérebro recebe essa mensagem ele diz: -"Caracas, o cara tá maluco!!!". E manda a seguinte mensagem para os Rins: -"Meu, filtra o máximo de sangue que tu puderes o cara aí tá maluco, tá bebendo muito líquido, vamo botar isso tudo pra fora" e o RIM começa a fazer até hora-extra, filtra muito sangue e enche rápido.

Daí vem à primeira corrida ao banheiro. Se você notar, esse 1º xixi é com a cor normal, meio amarelado, porque além de água, vêm as impurezas do sangue.

O RIM aliviou a vida do estômago, mas você continua bebendo e o estomago manda outra mensagem pro CÉREBRO: -"Cara, ele não para, socorro!" e o CÉREBRO manda outra mensagem pro RIM: -"Véio, estica a baladeira, manda ver aí na filtragem!".

O RIM filtra feito um louco, só que agora, o que ele expulsa não é o álcool, ele manda pra bexiga apenas ÁGUA (o líquido precioso do corpo). Por isso que as mijadas seguintes são transparentes, porque é água. 

E quanto mais você continua bebendo, mais o organismo joga água pra fora, o teor de álcool no organismo aumenta e você fica mais "bunitim". 

Chega uma hora que você tá com o teor alcoólico tão alto, que teu CÉREBRO desliga você. Essa é a hora que você desmaia... Dorme... Capota... 

Ele faz isso porque pensa: -"Meu, o cara tá a fim de se matar, tá bebendo veneno pro corpo, vou apagar esse doido pra ver se assim ele para de beber e a gente tenta expulsar esse álcool do corpo dele".

Enquanto você está lá, apagado (sem dono), o CÉREBRO dá a seguinte ordem pro sangue: -"Bicho, apaguei o cara, agora a gente tem que tirar esse veneno do corpo dele. 

O plano é o seguinte, como a gente está com o nível de água muito baixo, passa em todos os órgãos e tira a água deles, assim a gente consegue jogar esse veneno fora". 

O SANGUE é como se fosse o Boy do corpo. E como um bom Boy, ele obedece as ordens direitinho e por isso começa a retirar água de todos os órgãos.

 Como o CÉREBRO é constituído de 75% de água, ele é o que mais sofre com essa "ordem", daí vêm às terríveis dores de cabeça da ressaca. 

Sei que na hora, a gente nem pensa nisso, mas quando forem beber, bebam de meia em meia hora, um copo d'água, porque na medida em que você mija, já repõe a água.

 O Estado não pode repassar os riscos da sua atividade a servidor que age no estrito cumprimento do dever.

Com esse entendimento, a 12ª Câmara Cível do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul derrubou sentença que mandou policial militar indenizar o estado pela perda total da viatura que dirigia. Os desembargadores foram unânimes em reconhecer que não seria razoável imputar ao policial, que colidiu com outro veículo numa ultrapassagem, culpa pela ocorrência do sinistro, já que se encontrava numa ocorrência de roubo a banco.

‘‘Nessa perspectiva, não haveria como exigir do condutor do automóvel oficial a cautela ordinariamente exigida dos demais condutores da via’’, entendeu o relator da Apelação, desembargador José Aquino Flôres de Camargo. Ele observou que o policial só resolveu fazer a ultrapassagem porque o condutor do caminhão que estava a sua frente sinalizou positivamente, autorizando a manobra.

 O acórdão foi lavrado na sessão de julgamento do dia 18 de julho.

O caso
Na manhã do dia 3 de março de 2009, o soldado Gilmar Molinari, do 13º Batalhão da Brigada Militar na Comarca de Erechim  pegou a viatura e saiu para atender a ocorrência de roubo a banco no município de Faxinalzinho.

Por volta das 11h, ao ultrapassar uma carreta na BR-480, colidiu a viatura — um automóvel Palio Weekend, ano 2004 — com o caminhão que vinha em sentido contrário.

Do acidente resultaram danos materiais nos veículos e lesões corporais nos policiais que atendiam a ocorrência.

O estado do Rio Grande do Sul foi à Justiça para cobrar do soldado os prejuízos materiais, avaliados em R$ 12.570,00.

Na Ação de Indenização por Danos Causados em Acidente de Veículo, ajuizada na Comarca de Erechim  o estado alegou imprudência do servidor, que teria dado causa ao acidente quando fez manobra em local proibido, com faixa contínua.

Para documentar as alegações, anexou Parecer Técnico de a Brigada Militar.

O soldado apresentou contestação.

Afirmou que naquele dia foi ‘‘destacado ‘’ pelos seus superiores para atender ocorrência urgente naquele município, estando a serviços desses, ‘‘no estrito cumprimento do dever’’.

E mais: que a responsabilidade pelos fatos deveria ser atribuída ao condutor do caminhão, uma vez que lhe sinalizou para ultrapassar, como prevê o artigo 29 do Código de Trânsito Brasileiro. Fonte: Conjur
